A request for an official Newton County criminal record must go to the government office that maintains it. Court cases, jail bookings, sheriff reports, and Arkansas repository histories have different custodians. The information below identifies the correct route for each record type. Newton County Criminal History is privately operated and cannot obtain, amend, or certify a government record.

This Is Not a Government Office. This privately run resource cannot perform an official check, retrieve or correct a file, or receive an Arkansas petition to seal. Use the responsible government custodian.
